根据不同橡塑制品的生产要求,注塑过程中所使用的脱模剂类型及其应用方法会有所差异。本文重点介绍在EVA制品生产过程中使用桶装脱模剂时常见的问题及相应的解决方案。

1. 桶装脱模剂出现结块,难以用水稀释,呈类猪油状
1. Bulk mold release agent solidifies into lard-like lumps and becomes difficult to dilute with water
问题分析:该问题主要由于脱模剂桶在开启使用后,油抽长期插置在桶口,未进行密封处理。由于脱模剂属于水性乳液,若长期暴露于空气中,水分会逐渐挥发,导致其中的油性组分析出,最终在油抽管及桶内形成膏状结块。若时间较短,可通过加水稀释溶解;但若时间较长,油脂完全析出后则无法再被水稀释。
Problem Analysis: This issue is usually caused by prolonged exposure of the oil pump inserted into the barrel without proper sealing. As the mold release agent is a water-based emulsion, moisture evaporates when exposed to air over time. The oily components then separate and form lumps inside the oil pump and barrel. If the exposure duration is short, the lumps can usually be diluted with water. However, if the oily phase has fully separated, it becomes impossible to redissolve it.




解决方案:
- 使用器具建议:应选用不锈钢油抽,严禁使用塑料油抽。塑料油抽中部的提杆多为普通铁丝,易生锈,锈蚀后易污染脱模剂,影响制品外观与颜色。
- 密封建议:即便使用不锈钢油抽,也需在每次使用后对油抽及桶口进行严密密封。可用塑料袋封住油抽的侧口与上口,同时使用干净的塑料袋(如方便袋)封堵油抽管与桶口之间的缝隙,防止水分挥发。三处透气口密封完毕后,再用塑料布覆盖桶顶,防止灰尘污染。
- 优化取用方式:建议使用后及时将油抽取出并在另一个用于开稀的桶中清洗,再将大桶密封盖紧;或者将200公斤的大桶分装成多个25公斤小桶,便于取用与密封。剩余脱模剂可加水稀释后使用,避免浪费。
Solution:
- Equipment Recommendation: Use a stainless steel oil pump. Avoid using plastic oil pumps, as the inner rods are often made of ordinary iron wire, which rusts easily and can contaminate the mold release agent, affecting the appearance and color of finished products.
- Proper Sealing Measures: Even with a stainless steel pump, sealing is essential after each use. Use plastic bags to tightly seal the side and top openings of the pump. Also, fill the gap between the pump pipe and the barrel opening with a clean plastic bag (e.g., a shopping bag) to prevent moisture from escaping. Once the three ventilated points are sealed, cover the barrel with a plastic sheet to keep the top clean and avoid dust falling into the barrel during future operations.
- Optimized Usage Method: Ideally, the oil pump should be removed after each use and cleaned in a separate dilution container, then the barrel lid should be tightly closed. Alternatively, divide each 200 kg barrel into eight 25 kg sub-barrels for easier access and sealing. The remaining mold release agent in the large barrel can be diluted with water and used, minimizing waste.

问题分析:此类现象通常是由于脱模剂破乳,产生油珠并喷洒至模具,导致局部油脂堆积而形成明显光亮或油污斑点。
Problem Analysis: This phenomenon is generally due to emulsion breakdown of the release agent, causing oil droplets to be sprayed onto the mold surface. When excess oil accumulates in certain areas, it results in shiny or greasy spots on the finished product.
解决方案:
- 密封管理:确保脱模剂桶密封良好,即使使用油抽,也应确保其三个透气位置完全密封。
- 配料桶清洁:定期清洗脱模剂稀释桶,避免桶壁油污脱落并混入喷射系统,造成制品表面油斑。
- 喷涂位置检查:脱模剂应喷洒至模具所有部位,特别是凹陷区域或被遮挡部位也应覆盖到位。如脱模仍有困难,可适当降低开稀比例或更换更高效的脱模剂产品(如橡塑专用脱模剂)。
Solution:
- Ensure Proper Sealing: Maintain a well-sealed mold release agent container at all times. If an oil pump is inserted, its three ventilated points must also be sealed.
- Keep Dilution Buckets Clean: Regularly clean the dilution buckets to prevent oil buildup from contaminating the spraying system and causing oil spots on products.
- Optimize Spray Position: Make sure the mold release agent is evenly sprayed across all mold surfaces, including recessed areas or the backsides of protruding sections. If mold release remains difficult, consider reducing the dilution ratio or switching to a stronger release agent (such as a specialized rubber and plastic mold release agent).
